01General Terms & Conditions

Playstar is an international online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. In this document, "Playstar", "we", or "the platform" refers to the playstar.cash website and all associated services.

These terms are published in both English and Bengali for the convenience of our members. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the original English version shall prevail.

02Registration & Account

Opening an account with Playstar is completely free. However, you must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Accounts created with false information will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone – you are responsible for all activity on your account.

• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify Playstar immediately.

03Deposits & Withdrawals

Playstar supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following rules apply strictly to all financial transactions.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Deposits are usually processed instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
• Try to withdraw using the same payment method you used for your deposit.
• Transferring funds to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

04Bonuses & Promotions

Playstar regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be met. It is important to read all bonus-related conditions carefully.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• A specific wagering requirement must be fulfilled before a bonus can be used.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Playstar reserves the right to void any bonus if suspicious usage is detected.
• Cashback is generally credited on specific days of the week.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, Playstar will determine which one applies.

05Gaming Rules

All games on Playstar operate using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and independent – no previous result has any effect on future results.

• RTP (Return to Player) information for all games is publicly available.
• Game rules are governed by the terms of the software provider.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Playstar will resolve the matter based on its log records.

06Prohibited Activities

08Account Closure & Suspension

In certain circumstances, Playstar may suspend or permanently close an account. Members may also request account closure at any time.

• If a breach of terms is found, your account may be closed without notice.
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended if KYC verification is incomplete.
• If you wish to close your account, please notify the support team.
• You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before your account is closed.
• Account balances will not be refunded if an account is closed due to prohibited activity.
